Holy Basil

Holy Basil brings traditional dishes from Thai & Laos to Australia.  Though Holy Basil has traditional food on the menu its desserts selection of  Fried ice cream and its Sticky Coconut and rice pudding with mango is just divine. On the left here is an image of the fried ice cream. Using a scoop of ice cream and putting it on the stove with eggs and a layer of bread crumbs the end product is so tasty.  Holy Basil  has mastered this art and is by bar the best fried ice cream you can experience in Sydney.

The Sticky Coconut and Rice Pudding with Mango is also a must. This traditional dish is a dessert you have to try. The perfect balance of sweet and savoury will leave you speech less and will have you craving for  more.
