Gelato Messina has established themselves to be the best franchise for gelato in Australia. There is really no competition after you have tried it. Gelato Messina has a long history that uses traditional Sicilian ways of making their gelato. They make everything from scratch like they have being doing many years ago. This makes the taste much more unique as their products are all natural and not pre purchased stock that you would find at regular stores.
There are over 40 flavours to choose from so you're really spoilt for choice. There are the traditional chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavours but these taste so much better then anything you have experienced before. Gelato Messina has unique flavours such as Pear and Rhubarb, Dulce de Leche, Coconut and Lychee, and Coffee which is actually made out of expresso.

My favourite flavour is called Khaleesi which is a yoghurt mango gelato with dragon fruit puree. This tastes so good you will agree with me once you've try it out for yourself.

You can get your gelato as a cone or sundae. Also, there are gelato cakes for those who want to try something different. To make the most out of your experience, you should mix and match flavours. Fingers crossed the combination works out for you. If you are unsure, a staff member will offer a few suggestions in regards to which flavours work with each other.
I highly recommend this place if you are craving ice cream or just want to taste gelato like you never tasted before.
